Training around a roster.45 classes a week, all the same format.
Twelve-hour shifts and rotating days off break every gym routine built on a 'usual' time. F45 Training Cooper City doesn't need one: 45 classes a week, from 5:15 AM on weekdays and 7:00 AM on weekends, every one the same coached 45-minute workout. You book around this week's roster in the app, and the class is the same whichever slot you land in. First responders get a discounted rate. Your first class is free.

Why a fixed 'gym time' fails shift workers, and this doesn't
Most fitness routines are built on a habit: same time, same days. A roster destroys that every two weeks, and the routine dies with it. What survives a roster is a format that’s identical at 5:15 AM on a Tuesday and 9:10 AM on a Saturday, so the only decision is which slot, never what to do when you get there.
That’s F45. The workout is already on the screens, cardio, strength and hybrid days rotate through the week, a coach sets your weights, and it’s over in 45 minutes. Book when the schedule drops, cancel early if a shift moves, take the next one.
The slots that work for shifts
- 5:15 or 6:15 AM before a day shift. Showers on site.
- 7:30 and 8:30 AM coming off nights, before sleep.
- Midday and evening classes on days off; see the schedule.
- Weekends from 7:00 AM, for the rotation where your weekend is a Tuesday.
Tell the coach what shift you just came off. Post-night, they’ll set you lighter; the class scales to the day you’re having.
Discounts and the practical bits
First responders get a discounted membership rate with valid ID; teachers and students too. Take the free first class, bring your ID when you pick a plan, and a coach applies it. Memberships are month to month with no contract and no sign-up fee, and the plans run from a few classes a week to unlimited, so a light rotation doesn’t mean paying for classes you can’t make. Details on the discounts page.
Starting from a long gap? Getting back into the gym. Wondering how many classes make a difference on a rotating schedule? How many times a week.
Shift-work questions
How does F45 work with a rotating shift schedule?
Every class is the same 45-minute coached format, and there are 45 of them a week from 5:15 AM on weekdays and 7:00 AM on weekends, so you don't have a 'usual' class, you have whichever slot fits this week's roster. Book in the app once the schedule drops, cancel early if a shift moves.
I finish a night shift at 7:30 AM. Is there a class then?
The 8:30 AM weekday class is the one nurses coming off nights tend to use, and the 7:30 slot before it. Weekends start at 7:00. See the schedule for the exact times.
Is there a discount for first responders and nurses?
First responders get a discounted membership rate with valid ID. Bring the ID to the desk after your free class and a coach applies it to whichever plan you choose. Teachers and students qualify too. See the discounts page.
I'm wrecked after a 12. Can I do an easy class?
Every class is scaled to the person doing it. Tell the coach it's post-shift and they'll set you light; stations are timed, not counted, so an easier day is just a slower pace on the same timer. Some movement after a long shift is usually better than none, but skip it if you're running on no sleep.
What if my schedule means I can only come twice some weeks?
Memberships range from a few classes a week up to unlimited, month to month, and a coach helps you pick the one that matches a realistic average, not a best-case week.
Are there showers?
Yes, showers and changing rooms on site, so a 5:15 class before a day shift works.
