How many times a week?Three to start. Then four or five.
Three classes a week to start, four or five once it's a habit. Every F45 class is 45 minutes with a brand-new workout, and cardio, strength and hybrid days rotate through the week, so you don't plan anything: you book the slots you'll make and the programming takes care of balance. The coaches at F45 Training Cooper City would rather you did three you keep than six you quit. First class free.

Why three, then more
The reason most gym plans fail isn’t the workouts; it’s the number. Six days a week feels serious on a Sunday night and is gone by Thursday. Three days a week, booked at the same times, survives a bad week and becomes the thing you do. Once it’s automatic, adding a fourth and fifth day is easy because you’re not deciding anymore.
Three a week also gives you one of each: a cardio day, a strength day and a hybrid, roughly, since the programming rotates through the week. That’s a complete program without you designing anything.
How the week is built for you
Every day at F45 has a workout programmed for it: cardio, strength or hybrid. Cardio days lean on rowers, bikes, ski ergs and bodyweight. Strength days use dumbbells, kettlebells, sleds and functional racks. Hybrid days mix both. You never see the same workout twice, and consecutive days don’t punish the same muscles, which is what makes daily training possible for members who want it.
The schedule has 45 classes a week, from 5:15 AM on weekdays and 7:00 AM on weekends. Pick your slots by when you’ll show up, not by which day’s workout sounds best. See the class schedule.
Matching the membership to the number
Memberships are month to month with no contract and no sign-up fee, and the plans run from a few classes a week up to unlimited. The right one is the one that matches what you’ll actually do, and a coach will sort that out with you in a couple of minutes after your free class. Students, teachers and first responders get a discounted rate with valid ID.
Starting from zero or coming back after a long time off? Getting back into the gym covers how to ramp up without wrecking yourself. Wondering how the cost compares to a trainer? F45 vs a personal trainer.
Frequency questions
How many times a week should I do F45?
Three to start. Four or five once it's a habit, which for most people is about a month in. Every class is 45 minutes and the workout changes daily, so the limit is recovery and your calendar, not boredom. The coaches would rather you did three you keep than six you quit.
Can I do F45 every day?
Members do, but not in week one. Cardio, strength and hybrid days rotate so consecutive days don't hammer the same muscles, and every station is scaled so an easier day is always available. Build to it; tell the coach you're going daily and they'll keep an eye on your loads.
Which days should I pick?
The ones you'll actually make. Same times each week works best because it stops being a decision. If you can only do mornings, the 5:15 and 6:15 AM weekday classes and the 7:00 AM weekend slots are the same coached format as everything else.
Do memberships limit how many classes I can take?
Memberships are month to month with no contract and no sign-up fee, and the plans range from a few classes a week up to unlimited. A coach helps you pick after your free class, based on what you'll realistically make rather than what sounds good.
Is twice a week enough?
Twice a week keeps you moving and is far better than nothing, and some members do exactly that around a sport or a heavy work schedule. For visible change in body composition or fitness, three or more is where it starts to show.
What if I miss a week?
Come back to the next class. Every class is scaled to the person doing it, so there's no catching up to do; the coach sets your weights for the day you're having, not the week you missed.
