1. Free trial class

Your first class is free, with no payment or purchase obligation, limited to one per person. We can verify eligibility and modify or end this offer at any time.

2. Fitness disclaimer

Group fitness training involves physical exertion and carries inherent risk of injury. Consult a physician before starting, especially with a pre-existing condition. A liability waiver is required before your first class, provided separately in-studio or via our booking platform.

3. Membership

Membership pricing, terms, and cancellation rights are set out in your separate Membership Agreement, provided at sign-up — this website doesn’t itself create a membership contract.

4. Liability, results, and law

Individual fitness results vary and aren’t guaranteed. To the fullest extent Florida law permits, our liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to what you’ve paid us in the preceding 12 months. Florida law governs these Terms.
