Train together.Same timer, your own weights.

Most couples don't train together because one is fitter than the other and it turns into waiting or racing. F45 fixes that structurally: every station is timed rather than counted, the coach sets each person's weights, and you do your own version of the same workout side by side and finish at the same time. Book the same slot, say you're together, and start on the same rotation. Both first classes are free.

Why it works when running or the gym didn't

A run together is one person’s easy day and the other’s hard day. A gym session together is one person spotting. F45 is neither: two coaches set your weights separately, the demo screen at each station shows the move, and the timer is the same for everyone, so a first-timer and a five-year member train on the same rotation without either adjusting for the other.

It also solves the scheduling problem. Book the 6:30 PM twice a week and it’s a standing date that ends at 7:15, showered and out by 7:30, dinner after.

The habit part

Skipping a class you booked is easy. Skipping a class your partner is already in the car for is not. The members who’ve stuck around longest at F45 Cooper City tend to have come in with someone, and couples are the most reliable version of that. Three booked classes a week, together, survives a bad month.

Different goals are fine. One of you wants to lose weight, the other wants to get stronger: the programming rotates cardio, strength and hybrid days through the week, so the same schedule serves both. See F45 for weight loss and F45 for building muscle.

Booking and what to expect

Pick a time on the schedule, put both names in the form, and a coach texts to confirm. Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for the first one so the coach can walk you both through the stations. Showers and changing rooms are on site. Memberships afterward are individual and month to month.

Bringing a friend rather than a partner? Same deal: bring a friend. New to classes altogether? F45 for beginners.

Straight answers

Couples' questions

Can couples do F45 together if we're at different fitness levels?

Yes, and that's the point of the format. Every station is timed, not counted, and the coach sets each person's weights, so you do different versions of the same workout on the same timer and finish together. Nobody is waiting on the other.

How do we book together?

Fill in the form with your details and your partner's name, or each book the same slot. A coach confirms both by text. Say you're together when you arrive and you'll start on the same rotation. Both first classes are free, no card on file.

Do we have to be on the same membership?

No. Memberships are individual, month to month, with no contract and no sign-up fee, and the plans run from a few classes a week to unlimited, so one of you can do three a week and the other five.

What if one of us travels for work?

The one at home keeps the slot; the other picks it back up. The class is the same format every time, so there's no catching up to do.

Is it competitive?

Only if you make it. Stations are timed and everyone's on their own weights, so there's no score to compare. Members who train as couples mostly say the same thing: it's the one hour a day that's just theirs.

Can we do the 45-Day Challenge together?

Yes. It runs October 5 to November 18, members only, and each of you tracks your own 32 training days in the portal. Sign-ups close October 4.
