Thirty-seven seconds from Coach Jas on why we’re doing this. The rule itself is simpler than she makes it sound: 32 training days anywhere in the 45 — you pick the days, and a quiet week is fine.

You win the highest tier you complete — one reward, applied to one month of membership.
Train on 32 days out of the 45. Any 32 days you like — two classes in one day still counts as one day.
$25 off one month
Everything in Tier 1, plus photos of breakfast, lunch and dinner on 4 days each week, uploaded in the portal.
$50 off one month
Everything in Tiers 1 and 2, plus drop 3 points of body fat on the studio's InBody scanner — starting scan to final scan — while holding on to the muscle you started with.
One month free

rest days across the whole challenge. Spend them how you like, but that’s the whole budget.

of body fat for Tier 3 — say 30% down to 27% — measured on the studio InBody, starting scan versus final scan. And you have to hold your muscle: the final scan can’t be more than a pound below where you started.
Good questions
Yes. The challenge is free for members — nothing to buy, no catch. Sign up at the front desk any time before October 4.
Active F45 Cooper City members. Sign up at the front desk on your next visit — they add you using the email already on your membership. On a plan that limits your weekly classes? You can still join; ask about adjusting your plan for the challenge. Not a member yet? Your first class is free — come try one before the challenge starts.
32 training days inside the 45 — Oct 5 through Nov 18. There's no weekly quota, so you pick the days. That leaves 13 days off across the whole challenge.
No — a day is a day. Doubling up is great training, but it counts once toward your 32.
Make it up later. There's no weekly requirement to fail — only the 32 days by November 18. Just watch the days remaining in the portal, because once 32 stops being reachable, it's out for the challenge.
Monday through Sunday — that's how the meal-photo weeks are scored. Classes aren't scored by week at all.
About three times a day, automatically from check-in records — the portal shows the last updated time. Just took a 6 AM class? It'll appear by early afternoon. If something ever looks off, tell the front desk.
The portal opens before the challenge starts on October 5. When it does, you'll go to lastsetbestset.com/challenge/login and enter the email on your membership — we email you a 6-digit code, no password. If the email we have on file is out of date, tell the front desk and they'll fix it.
No — book classes exactly the way you always do. The portal only shows your progress.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on any 4 days each week — phone photos are perfect. Upload them in the portal, same day or later that week.
Photos verify participation — staff confirm they're submitted, but this isn't meal coaching and nobody is grading your plate.
Only you and studio staff. Nothing is ever posted or shared, and meal photos are deleted 30 days after the challenge ends.
On the studio's InBody scanner — a starting scan the week of Oct 5 and a final scan Nov 16–18, both in-studio. Tier 3 means dropping 3 percentage points (for example, 30% to 27%) and keeping the muscle you started with. The same scan reads both numbers, so it's one visit either way.
Your final InBody has to show skeletal muscle within 1 pound of your starting scan. The pound of room is on purpose: an InBody reading shifts a little with how hydrated you are and what you ate that morning, and nobody should lose a free month to the scanner having an off day. What the rule is really there for is the other thing — dropping body fat by starving off muscle isn't the result this challenge is trying to reward, and it isn't one you'd keep.
Train the way the classes are already built — strength days are in the rotation for exactly this reason — eat enough protein, and don't try to do it on a crash diet. If you want specifics, ask a coach; that conversation is free and it's the one they most like having.
The highest tier you complete, applied once to one month of membership: $25 off (Tier 1), $50 off (Tier 2), or a free month (Tier 3). Your billing goes back to normal after that month.
